A: We are based in central San Antonio, Texas, near Castle Hills. Our in-home boarding is open to all of San Antonio and surrounding areas. We serve neighborhoods in their homes for pet sitting and dog walking in zip codes

Q: What services do you offer?
A: We provide pet sitting, dog walking, cat sitting, in-home dog boarding, drop-in home visits, bird sitting, and more.

Q: Are you insured and bonded?
A: Yes! Spoiled Rotten Pet Care is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. We're also pet CPR and first aid certified.

🐕 Dog Walking & Sitting


Q: What does your dog walking service include?
A: Our walks are tailored to your dog’s needs and include exercise, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. We also send photo and text updates with each visit or walk.

Q: How long are the walks?
A: We offer 20-, 30-, 45-, and 60-minute walks based on your dog’s energy level and your preference.

Q: Can you handle large or reactive dogs?
A: Yes, we have experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Please let us know about any special instructions or behavioral notes during your consultation.

Q: Do you charge per dog? 

A: No, we charge by length of time for each visit or walk. We offer 30-, 45-, 60- minute visits and a premier almost-overnight service. 

🐈 Cat Sitting


Q: Do you offer cat sitting services?
A: Absolutely! We love cats and provide drop-in visits for feeding, litter scooping, playtime, and cuddles (if they’re into that). We also send photo and text updates with each visit.

Q: How often do you visit for cat sitting?
A: Most clients request 1–2 visits per day. We’re happy to customize based on your cat’s needs.

Q: Do you charge per cat? 

A: No, we charge by length of time for each visit or walk. We offer 15-, 30-, 45-, 60- minute visits. 

🐾 Pet Sitting & Drop-In Visits


Q: What’s included in a pet sitting visit?
A: Our visits include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, light cleaning, medication administration (if needed), and lots of attention. We also send photo and text updates with each visit.

Q: Do you handle other household tasks like watering plants, adjusting lights/blinds, or bringing in the mail?
A: Yes, absolutely! During our pet sitting and drop-in visits, we’re happy to help with light household tasks such as watering plants, bringing in mail or packages, rotating lights, and adjusting blinds to give your home a lived-in appearance. Just let us know your preferences during your consultation, and we’ll ensure everything is taken care of while you're away.

Q: Can you stay overnight?
A: We currently offer drop-in visits, and limited overnight services may be available on request. Contact us to discuss.

Q: Do you charge per pet?

🏠 Dog Boarding


Q: Do you offer dog boarding?
A: Yes, we offer in-home boarding, meaning your dog stays in our home—not a kennel. It’s perfect for pets who thrive in a cozy, home-like environment. We send photo and text updates each day.

Q: Will my dog be around other animals?
A: We do our best to match dogs who get along, and we carefully manage group dynamics. Solo boarding is arranged for dogs who prefer their own space.

Q: How do I schedule a service?
A: Use our Client Portal to book services or contact us through our Contact Page.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid charges.

Q: Do you offer meet-and-greets?
A: Yes, we offer free consultations in your home to get to know you and your pet before booking pet sitting or dog walking services. Our in-home boarding consultations are $20 and must be done prior to booking an overnight stay.

🐦 Other Pets & Special Needs
Q: Do you care for birds or exotic pets?
A: Yes! We can care for birds, small mammals, and other pets on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out and tell us more about your pet’s needs.

Q: Can you administer medications?
A: Yes, we are experienced in administering oral meds, eye drops, insulin injections, and more.
